What does your service provide?

We are a telehealth company. Our EU-licensed doctors provide online consultations through a secure questionnaire and, if suitable, recommend appropriate treatments. We do not sell or ship medication directly.

How do I get my medication?

After completing your online questionnaire and doctor review, you will receive a valid treatment plan by email or WhatsApp. With this document, you can obtain your medication at any licensed pharmacy in the EU.

Do I need to see a doctor in person?

No. Everything is 100% online. You simply complete a secure questionnaire, and our doctors review it before recommending treatment.

How much does a consultation cost?

Each consultation costs 25€. This fee covers the doctor's review of your questionnaire and, if appropriate, the treatment recommendation. If treatment is not approved, the full amount is refunded.

Do I need to pay for every consultation?

Yes. Each treatment plan or renewal requires a new consultation and a separate fee, as every case must be reviewed by a doctor for safety.

What if the doctor cannot approve treatment?

If your case is not suitable for treatment and no treatment is approved, we will refund the full consultation fee to your original payment method.

How long does it take to receive my treatment plan?

In most cases, treatment plans are issued within 24 hours during business hours after you submit your online questionnaire.

How long is the treatment plan valid for, or how long does the treatment last?

Doctors usually recommend treatment for 3 months at a time. This typically means 90 capsules or 180 ml of spray, depending on the medication. After this period, a new consultation is required for renewal.

Do I need a new consultation for renewals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For safety reasons, every new or renewed treatment plan requires completing a new questionnaire and doctor review.

Are treatment plans valid everywhere?

Yes. Treatment plans from our EU-licensed doctors are valid at any licensed pharmacy across the European Union.
